Economy&Life | Biancheng: "Border Town" connecting Hunan, Guizhou and Chongqing

XIANGXI, March 19 (Xinhua) --Biancheng Town of Huayuan County, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, central China's Hunan Province, the prototype of Chinese author Shen Congwen's masterpiece "Border Town", is located at the junction of Hunan, Guizhou provinces and Chongqing Municipality.

On every market day, the marketplace in town are bustling with residents from surrounding areas,shopping for groceries and daily necessities. Meanwhile, the unique Miao customs and lifestyle here have also attracted many tourists.
