国产开源大模型DeepSeek火爆出圈。为进一步提升政务服务智能化水平，优化群众办事体验，宜昌市于3月3日通过“宜格服务”小程序正式接入DeepSeek，成为全省地级市中首个本地部署DeepSeek、提供属地化政务服务的地市。

DeepSeek, a homegrown open-source large model, has made global headlines. In efforts to maximize the use of smart technology in public service systems, as well as improve user experience for residents, Yichang officially integrated DeepSeek into its “Yige Service”mini-program on March 3rd.This makes Yichang the first prefecture-level city in Hubei province to deploy DeepSeek and provide customized public services.

Hengtai Big Data and China Mobile Yichang’s joint tech-teamconducted rigorous functional, security, and stress testing, as well as business validation under the local government’s extranet. Leveraging DeepSeek’s advanced reasoning capabilities, the team utilized the government database on public services to upgrade the intelligent customer service chatbot. This move has streamlined public services, resulting in a more convenient, efficient and precise experience for the public, while simultaneously realizing the strengths of intelligent chatbots to provide instant and accurate feedback. Based on the DeepSeek large model technology, the system can accurately understand natural language questions and mimic “real human conversations” with its quick responses to inquiries about social security, policy queries, or enterprise service guides,by automatically pulling information straight from its knowledge base.The 24-hour service, which offers prompt responses, puts an end to the notoriously long call waiting times.

未来，宜昌将借助本地私有化部署的DeepSeek大模型，在安全可信的网络环境下，紧密结合宜昌地域特色持续优化AI服务，精准施策开发更多智能体应用。

Looking ahead, Yichang plans to capitalize on its locally deployed DeepSeek large model. With a secure and reliable network in place, Yichang will integrate its regional needs to continually optimize AI services and develop more tailored AI agent applications.
