近日在湖北黄石市团城山安达路口发生一起车祸：一名8岁女孩过马路时，被卷入到车轮下，现场18名热心群众急伸援手，合力将车抬起，救出女孩。
Recently in a city southeast of Hubei Province, Huangshi, a car accident at the Anda Road intersection in the Tuanchengshan Area left an 8-year-old girl pinned beneath a car after she was hit and dragged while crossing the street. Eighteen pedestrians took immediate action, lifting the vehicle together to rescue the girl.
“我不知道你们是谁，但我谢谢你们，你们是我全家人的恩人！”事后，受伤女孩的父母从10月6日起，连续三天在小区门口摆放水果、零食和饮料，让好心人自取，并贴上感谢信对救其女儿的好心人表示感谢。
“I don't know who you are, but thank you. Our family is forever indebted to you!” Following the ordeal, the parents of the injured girl set-up a stand with fruit, snacks and drinks in front of their community for three consecutive days beginning on October 6th, for the good samaritans to take freely. The family further conveyed their gratitude to the heroic bystanders through thank you letters.
“感谢民警和热心群众，及时救下了我的女儿。”10月8日，女孩的父母又来到黄石市公安局下陆分局团城山派出所，送来一封感谢信和一面锦旗。
“Thank you to the police and good samaritans for saving my daughter promptly.” On October 8, the girl's parents returned to the Tuanchengshan Police Station of the Huangshi Public Security Bureau's Xialu Branch to deliver a letter of gratitude and a pennant of appreciation.
据民警介绍，9月26日下午5时许，在黄石市团城山安达路傅家庄小区路段，一名小女孩横穿马路时，一辆越野车刚好经过，将小女孩撞倒在地。越野车当即停下，车上一名女子下车后，只见小女孩已被卷入到越野车右前轮处，正在撕心裂肺的哭喊，立即蹲地抱住了小女孩，但无法将其拉出。
According to the officers, around 5 pm on September 26, in the Fujiazhuang Community along Anda Road in the Tuanchengshan Area of Huangshi City, a young girl crossing the street was struck by an oncoming SUV. The vehicle immediately stopped, and a woman rushed out to discover the girl pinned under the right front wheel, screaming in agony. The woman quickly crouched down and held the girl, but she was unable to pull her out.

见状，附近许多群众立即围拢上来，大家纷纷抬车准备救人。
Numerous bystanders rushed to the scene and jumped into action, swiftly lifting the vehicle to rescue the child.
但由于车辆太重，头两次人手不足，抬车失败。
However, the undoubtedly heavy vehicle and limited manpower rendered their first two attempts unfruitful.
随后，现场有18名热心群众简单商量后，各自站好位置，大家齐心合力，终于将越野车抬了起来，一旁的其他人迅速将小女孩从车底抱了出来。
Soon, after a brief discussion, the group of 18 rescuers stood in position and began the rescue. By their joint efforts, the SUV was finally raised high enough for others nearby to swiftly pull the little girl from underneath the wheel.
“当时我们正好经过，遇上好心市民将孩子从车底抱出来。”民警李攀介绍，当日他与同事出勤回派出所途中，发现一群人聚集在下陆区安达路路口，两人敏锐地察觉有情况，遂上前查看。在越野车旁，有一位老人正抱着一名小女孩哭着求助。
“We were driving by when we noticed people pulling the child from under the car,” said Li Pan, a police officer. Enroute to the police station, he and his colleague noticed a crowd gathering at the intersection of Anda Road in the Xialu District. Sensing something was amiss, the two decided to assess the situation. By the SUV, an elderly person holding a child pleaded for help.
得知女孩遭遇车祸后，李攀发现女孩脸色苍白，呼吸微弱，便立即将女孩转移到一旁开阔地段进行心肺复苏。眼见女孩的脸色渐渐缓过血色，李攀迅速将女孩抱上警车，直奔最近的黄石妇幼保健医院。
Upon learning about the accident, Officer Li noticed the girl was pale and barely breathing. He immediately transferred her to an open area to administer CPR. When the girl began show to signs of consciousness, Officer Li carried her into the police car and rushed to the nearest hospital, Huangshi Maternal and Child Health Hospital.
到达医院后，急诊医生对女孩做了初步的治疗，因其伤情较重，医生建议立即转黄石市中心医院治疗。与此同此民警联系上小女孩家属，让其到黄石市中心医院等待。
At the hospital, the emergency physician conducted a preliminary diagnosis and recommended the girl be transferred to Huangshi Central Hospital due to the severity of her injuries. At the same time, Officer Li contacted the victim’s family, instructing them to rush to the hospital.
经警车引道，不到8分钟，救护车就将小女孩送到黄石市中心医院。因送医及时，到9月29日，小女孩脱离危险，转入骨科进行后续的治疗。
Preceded by the police car, within 8 minutes, the ambulance had delivered the girl to Huangshi Central Hospital. Thanks to the prompt response, the girl’s condition had stabilized by September 29th, and was later transferred to the orthopedics department for further treatment.
