A direct passenger flight linking Shiyan City, Hubei Province with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, was launched on Tuesday.
It marks the launching ofShiyan's first international air route.
Operated by China Southern Airlines, the new service will temporarily offer round tripsfrom October 8 to 17,scheduled for the 2024 World Wudang Tai Chi Conference at Wudang Mountains inShiyan City.
The outbound flight will leave Shiyan at 10:40 a.m. and arrive at Hong Kong at 1:40 p.m., and the inbound flight will leave Hong Kong at 2:40 p.m. and arrive at Shiyan at 5:40 p.m. (en.hubei.gov.cn by Zhang Yawei）
